Hello Ecclesiasticals,

I’ve been resting up a tad after sustaining a minor spinal compression fracture when away skiing in France. I didn’t even do it skiing; I fell down the stairs in my hotel room (well, when one has a stairs in one’s hotel room, one goes to look at what’s up there!). I can laugh a little about it now but the pain has been rather excruciating. And worse than that, it’s meant I’ve been forced to push back my cycle to Cannes until 2025. Though I’m obviously upset, it means I have a full year to train so it isn’t all bad news—and I can’t wait to cycle in the sun. Okay, that’s all from me for now.
